User Agreement & Terms of Service

Applicability: Governs all digital code purchases, account activities, and platform licensing on this storefront.
SECTION 1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms
Contractual Binding: By accessing this site or purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any counter-terms or custom conditions provided by buyers are explicitly rejected unless formally accepted by us in writing.
Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Purchases made prior to any policy update remain subject to the version of terms active at the time the order was completed.
Third-Party Platforms: We act as an authorized distributor of digital redemption keys issued by game developers and publishers ("Publishers"). We do not own or manage publisher platforms (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PlayStation). Additional publisher-specific End User License Agreements (EULA) apply to your redeemed content.
SECTION 2. Account Requirements & Age Eligibility
Account Credentials: Customers must maintain a registered user profile, utilize an authorized payment card/method in their name, and operate hardware capable of downloading the specified content. Account credentials must remain confidential.
Minor Restrictions: Users defined as minors under local laws must obtain explicit parental or legal guardian consent before making a purchase.
Age-Restricted Content: Products designated with age classifications will not be issued to underage buyers. Parents and guardians are responsible for enforcing age-appropriate content selection.
SECTION 3. Hardware Requirements & Data Charges
System Compatibility: Buyers must verify that their hardware and operating software satisfy the Publisher's minimum and recommended technical specs prior to order submission.
Network Fees: Any mobile carrier or internet service provider data charges incurred while downloading digital titles remain the sole financial responsibility of the user.
SECTION 4. Ordering & Contract Formation
Order Process: Selecting a product, confirming checkout details, and clicking "Pay" constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an official Order Confirmation Email.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or void orders for reasons including product unavailability, failed payment verification, pricing errors, or restricted buyer eligibility.
Pre-Orders: Pre-purchased unreleased titles will be billed at checkout. Product keys are dispatched automatically upon the official global release date set by the Publisher. Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime prior to key dispatch via email support.
Security & Fraud Controls: We maintain the right to suspend accounts or void transactions if unusual or fraudulent activity is detected.
SECTION 5. Key Delivery & Usage Restrictions
Redemption Rights: Upon order confirmation, digital keys are delivered via email/dashboard for redemption on the Publisher’s software. Once a key is validated on the Publisher’s system, it is legally deemed "Used."
Third-Party Delays & Bans: We are not liable for redemption delays caused by external platform outages beyond our control. Furthermore, no refunds or key replacements will be granted if a buyer's account is suspended, restricted, or banned on a Publisher's network.
SECTION 6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods
Currency & VAT: Listed prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) based on local tax regulations unless specified otherwise. Prices adapt to selected site currencies and may change without prior notice before an order is placed.
Pricing Misprints: In the event of a genuine pricing error on our storefront, affected buyers will be notified to either reconfirm the purchase at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Secure Checkout: Payments must be completed via approved credit/debit cards or supported third-party payment gateways using industry-standard encrypted mechanisms.
SECTION 7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Limits
Standard Cancellation Window: Unrevealed and unredeemed product keys may be canceled for a refund within 7 calendar days of order confirmation.
Waiver Upon Key Usage: By redeeming or revealing a digital key, you explicitly consent to immediate fulfillment and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or change-of-mind refunds.
Merchant-Side Termination: Contracts may be canceled immediately by us if payment authorization fails or if buyer terms are breached, resulting in the termination of access without liability.
SECTION 8. Product Licensing & Usage Rules
Limited License Grant: Purchasing a digital key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the software under the Publisher's EULA. You do not acquire title ownership of the game files.
Usage Prohibitions: Digital items are locked to a single user account/device. Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, redistributing, or altering copyright notices on game files is strictly forbidden.
Updates & Upgrades: Digital keys unlock base games/editions as described on the product page. Updates, expansions, or new versions are governed by the Publisher and may require separate additional payments.
SECTION 9. Faulty Key Resolution & Warranties
Buyer Inspection: Customers should inspect digital keys promptly upon receipt and report any validation issues to customer support.
Resolution Prerequisites: To claim support for a non-working key, buyers must ensure they possess the required base game, maintain updated platform software, and cooperate with basic diagnostic checks.
Remedies: Confirmed defective keys will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 10. Limitation of Liability
Business Usage Disclaimer: Products are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use. We disclaim all liability for business losses, commercial interruptions, or lost profits resulting from key usage.
Damage Caps: We accept liability only for foreseeable losses directly caused by our failure to execute reasonable care. Liability is not excluded where prohibited by law (such as gross negligence or fraud).
SECTION 11. General Provisions
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing consumer protection standards and relevant jurisdiction courts.
Severability: If any individual section is found unenforceable by a court of law, all remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a ongoing waiver of our right to enforce that provision at a later date.
